Martial Arts for me has always been about more than just learning to kick and punch. Though, the techniques of martial arts are important for self defence so must be learned properly under a robust system that can hold its own. But it does not stop there, it cannot stop there, other wise it will be no more than  just another form of sport or exercise. For martial arts to survive it needs to be a  life changing experience; body, mind and spirit.

Northstar Ju Jitsu is the culmination of 35 years experience in Martial Arts, distilled down into an easy to learn, yet very effective martial art, that continues to evolve. It can be done purely for self defence, for fitness and fun with the added bonus of learning self defence, or it can be a meditative experience by way of making awareness and mindfulness the object of the training. Either way, it is the martial art of Northstar Ju Jitsu that is your working surface to a more confident, less stressful and healthy life style.

Northstar Ju Jitsu is expanding. For like minded people I am offering my training system for a limited time only. Why am I doing this? It is a  way to spread non violence, peace and hope through my life’s work; The martial arts. I have seen the incredible impact Northstar has had on thousands of men, women and children, and now I am ready to share these timeless lessons with like minded people.
