Training online.

Online training

There is no doubt that training online has its advantages. You can do courses, any courses that would have required you travel thousands of miles to attend in person. You can still do that if you want, or you can join the program as an online participant drastically reducing the cost and having the luxury of completing a program from the luxury of your own home.

Since covid forced us all to remain inside, there is now a plethora of online programs remaining available. But here is the problem. how do we legitimize them as credible courses and not just a desperate attempt to join a fad with empty promises? Where is the consumer protection. You take a leap of faith every time you load your credit card details. This may be for anything from an online merchandise purchase to a 12-month subscription.

You have to do your due diligence. How long has the business been operating?  In my case I have had an online presence, particularly on YouTube for 10 years. So having an online business is not new for me, but having an online business post covid is a whole new experience. People have been given so much access to free material online, that it can be difficult to get right the formula for an online business to be successful.

I am certainly not one to shy away from a challenge. Let’s face it, I built the Northstar brand from 3 students to 1100 students and I will tell you what the magic formula was. It was simple yet effective customer service. Yes, that’s right, I applied a formula to an out dated, no let me correct that, it was not out dated, it never existed. There had never been an effective system of student generation and retention ever in martial arts. So I devised and actioned a system that truly worked and revolutionised the business of martial arts.

I am now faced with my next challenge. How to effectively market and build a credible online dojo. Customer service is important but not essential. I need to convey a message to the prospective student that develops trust and good enough reasons that would encourage someone to sign up. I do not look at the price as a problem. But that is only not a problem if the student can see the incredible value in what I have to offer.

The online dojo is a culmination of my life’s work.

You see, the problem is that with out the online Northstar Ju Jitsu courses we run the risk of losing it in its purest form for ever. So what you can do is join the NSJJ online Academy and be a part of history, learning the lessons then spreading this great martial art for years to come. Grab your pocket now and know that you are learning one of the greatest martial arts from the very beginning, no short cuts. You will be graded by the founder Andy Sensei. The cost of the programs are a fraction of the cost of attending a class in a dojo and the lesson are timeless.
